ATM Machine

There is an ATM Machine located to the left of the main lobby entrance, just past Pearl's swimwear store and the elevator.

Baggage Storage

There is a baggage storage room available near the bellman stand.

Beverage Machines

Located near the middle of each guest room floor, next to the ice machine. Change is available at the front desk or Pearl's.

Check-In

Check-in is 4 PM. Guests are permitted to enter the waterpark on their day of check-in before their rooms are available. Guests should check-in at the front desk to pick up their wristbands. A luggage room is available off the main lobby next to Nick Knacks. Day use lockers may be used to store clothing while guests enjoy the waterpark before their rooms are available. Day use lockers are located inside the main entry of the waterpark.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are permitted to use the waterpark for the entire day on their day of check-out. A luggage room is available off the main lobby next to Nick Knacks. Day use lockers may be used to store clothing while guests enjoy the waterpark before their rooms are available. Day use lockers are located inside the main entry of the waterpark.

Child Care

At this time, no child care program is available.

Credit Cards

Castaway Bay Resort accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Merchandise, arcade games and restaurant purchases (including TGI Friday's) can be charged back to your room using a room key card as long as there is a credit card on file at the front desk.

Drink Identification Requirements

In order to purchase alcoholic beverages, guests must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license or state identification card. Military identification cards and passports are not valid forms of identification.

Exercise Room/Fitness Center

The exercise room/fitness center is available for resort guests age 18 and older and can be accessed using a room key. It is located on the third floor, south wing. It includes a treadmill, stair-stepper, universal weights, stationary bike and cross trainer.

Internet Access

Wireless internet access is available in the lobby, ballroom and conference center.  There is an email machine at the entrance to the South wing, just past Nick Knacks and Pearl's.

Laundry Facilities

A guest laundry is available on the third floor to the right of Camp Castaway. The room contains three washers, six dryers and a soap machine. Change is provided at the front desk or Pearl 's swimwear store.

Non-Smoking Guest Rooms

All rooms at Castaway Bay are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the complex.

Parking

Parking is available for guests in front of Castaway Bay, behind it and on the opposite side of Cleveland Road, across from the Resort.

Redemption Counter

Located in Crabbie's Quarterdeck Arcade. Guests can purchase game cards and buy game credits. Tickets may be redeemed for prizes. All-day locker rental is available to waterpark users. Lockers can be rented at the redemption counter.

Safety Deposit Boxes

A Safety Deposit Box is highly recommended for storing valuables. Safety Deposit Boxes are available at the front desk.

Spa

Indulge yourself at our spa. The Cedar Point Resorts are proud to introduce the Spa at Castaway Bay. Guests can treat themselves to a variety of spa services*, including massages, pedicures, manicures, couples treatments, teen packages, facials and more. Sit back, relax, and let yourself be pampered—you deserve it!
